2. 在正常情況下我們選用溫度調控速遞公司以提供配送服務，我們致力確保清酒在最佳狀態下送到府上。我們無法確保一些特別情況能以低溫處理，如有冷凍車傳遞至指定單位之間的配送。In normal cases, we engage with delivery logistics services company that equipped with temperature control function in Hong Kong. We cannot guarantee chilled delivery in some circumstances. Such as the walking distance from from chilled vehicle to specified location. We try all our best to ensure our product will be delivered in the best condition.
　
3. 我們只接受香港特別行政區的運送地點，服務範圍包括香港島、九龍、新界及不包括離島地區（東涌、愉景灣及馬灣）。We only accept delivery point in HKSAR Service area includes Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and exclude ALL island areas
　
4. 訂購後1-4天可送到指定地點。送貨星期一至五下午3時至晚上8時。We can complete the delivery within 1-4 days after purchased. Delivery service is only provided from Monday to Friday 03:00pm to 08:00pm.
